Job Title: Credit Control Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. (30 min unpaid lunch break).
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Credit Control Administrator join the team. As a Credit Control Administrator you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise persuasive and effective communication techniques to reach resolutions
- Resolve payment disputes and maintain positive customer relationships
- Monitor credit limits and provide insights on credit control to our accounts team
- Accurately post customer payment details into different systems
- Utilise Waste Logic's System (training provided, experience advantageous)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in customer service or negotiation roles is a plus
- Comfortable working to targets
- Problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to commute to Sheffield.
