Absolute Executive Search are working in partnership with an award winning firm of Accountants in London. We are seeking an Corporate Finance Partner to join this firm at an exciting time and experiencing a period of significant growth.

As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will take the lead on dealing with a wide variety of clients from various sectors, you will be providing advice to business owners thereby act as a trusted business adviser. You will be driving revenue growth across existing and new service offerings and therefore demonstrate broad business thinking and sound commercial judgement in order to add value. You will work collaboratively to suggest ideas and concepts for increased marketing opportunities with existing clients and have a full awareness of internal contacts services offered by departments across the firm, maximising cross selling opportunities.

Day to day you will oversee all aspects of client engagement assuming overall responsibility for allocating work and ensuring client service is maintained at a high level. You will manage the department, motivating and coaching the team to produce the highest standards of work.

The successful candidate will be able to analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and advise appropriately using their technical knowledge.

You will therefore be qualified in either ACA/ACCA and will possess a senior level experience and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team.

Salary:-

£150k to £200k DOE
