THE ROLE Dealing with a mixture of corporate and commercial matters such as: * Joint ventures. * Business and share sales and acquisitions. * Corporate re-structuring. * Shareholder issues. Clients include serial entrepeneurs, mid-tier corporates, overseas businesses with a UK presence and owner managed businesses. You will be given a high degree of autonomy to run some of your own matters and well as having the support from other experienced lawyers in the team. REQUIREMENTS * You will have a minimum of 3-6 years PQE. * Have excellent technical ability. * Be able to use your own initiative. * Be bright and hardworking.
