Coordinator of Airworthiness and Engineering. Opportunity for an experienced, efficient Aircraft Maintenance professional to fully utilise their management skills as Coordinator of Airworthiness and Engineering. Working for a global aircraft services business, you will use your Gulfstream G550 type rating to oversee all engineering tasks of allocated aircraft, ensuring their continued airworthiness and serviceability. Being mindful of meeting the client's expectations, you will need excellent scheduling and prioritisation skills to ensure work is conducted safely whilst also minimising aircraft downtime. Tasks include: * Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, regulations and standards. * Tracking, forecasting and scheduling all maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, relevant airworthiness directives and service bulletins to maintain the aircraft to the highest specs. * Liaising with clients, operations, flight crew, CAMO and maintenance staff to ensure that required maintenance is communicated, scheduled and conducted in a timely manner, but also keeping disruptions to a minimum. * Ensuring all records, logbooks and documentation are accurately completed. * Preparation of documentation and submission to relevant authorities for Certificate of Airworthiness renewal and approvals. * Supervision of maintenance and repair work, ensuring that required standards are upheld. * Timely approval and monitoring of all engineering invoices. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals. Ideally, you will hold a General Authority of Civil Aviation licence. You will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of this role which will involve working weekends, bank holidays and on call hours, dependant on operational needs. This is a permanent role.
