We are recruiting on behalf of a Group that is responsible for commissioning or buying the majority of healthcare services for the population of Lincolnshire.
- Provide communications and engagement support and advice to the team and the wider system stakeholders
- Event planning and co-ordination with a high attention to detail, including venue booking, exhibitor liaison, promotion and providing support at the event
- Lead on the building and maintenance of the website, including design and content management
- Act as a first point of contact for media enquiries, ensuring they are logged, referred on and answered in a timely, controlled and consistent manner
- Coordinate the preparation of newsletters, e-bulletins and website content, media releases including sourcing articles of interest, preparing and editing copy to ensure clear layout of content and appropriate use of branding
- Assist with the design and print of patient, public and staff information, including editing copy to improve readability
- Experience of building and maintaining websites.
- Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
- Significant communications and engagement experience including the delivery of presentations and analysis of feedback.
- Managing and co-ordinating engagement events with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public, sensitive and confidential information.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
