CNC Section supervisors opportunity for this busy sub contract precision engineering company. The role involves overseeing and organising 10-12 machinist working mainly on CNC Lathes producing high volume parts for a range of industries.

You should have good proven man management and organisational skills and a background in CNC Turning. The role requires someone who could be hands on but is unlikely to be as the company continues to grow.

You will have an understanding of production planning and the experience to add engineering common sense to production decisions.

The role could equally suit an experienced CNC turner looking for a move away from the tools or an production manager/ supervisor with a machine shop background looking to take on a new challenge.
