Position: CNC Machine Operative
Location: Bootle
Hours: Monday -Friday days 37.5 hours
Salary: £27,300-£30,615 Bonus and benefits

Role Objectives:
Reading, understanding, and interpreting complex Engineering specifications and producing parts to exacting tolerances.
Following all site Safety, Process Control and Quality standards
Completion of electronic and written data capture for all jobs in line with standards.
Autonomous maintenance of plant and equipment.
Manufacture of parts within specified customer tolerances.
Update and report detailed information in respect to all activity using IT systems.
Read and understand technical drawings, inter-operate alpha numerical information, and ensure parts match specifications.

Critical skills and experience:
Time served machinist with demonstrable experience.
Mechanical Engineering background or qualifications.
Competent use of precision measuring equipment (micrometers, DTI, Vernier scale).
Demonstrable experience using CNC and conventional, Lathes and Milling equipment.
