HR GO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has strong project management skills and good experience in marketing or production!

The company create a variety of sensational surfaces, splashbacks, upstands and panelling components in laminates, sold surfaces and quartz.

The Role & Responsibilities

Support the category Sales Director in fulfilling product and customer projects across a multi-functional matrix organisation.

You will be the link between functions, factories, customers and suppliers to land projects.

Work within the team to define and own projects, drive their execution through established processes or by developing new processes

Deliver them on cost, on time and to agreed standards.

Support the sales team and marketing functions in brand development and management


Business support and business development aligned with the category strategy

Ensure final availability of products and projects on time, on cost, on spec

Drive cross functional alignment to achieve goals

Participate in alignment across group brands

Participate in alignment with other group factories

Participate in alignment with outside suppliers.

Participate in alignment with customers.

Develop and own a product roadmap

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have winning spirit and drive, be a strong leader with the ability to also work in a team. You will be structured and have a diligent approach and be able to work well in challenging situations. You will be able to think on your feet and plan effectively in a calm and effective manner. You will have a highly development business acumen to lead in international, cross functional and hierarchical environments.

You will have good IT skills and be comfortable adapting to new systems. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, relaxed environment, and establish yourself within a team of professionals and become a part of brands culture


The hours of work: flexibility required when travelling

Location: Role requires travel and overnight stays in the UK and Western Europe

Central Office based in: Northamptonshire


£40-000+45,000 k depending on experience.
