Our client requires a Caretaker for a Primary School in Whalley Range for a minimum 4 week contract. To be a success in this role, you must be patient, friendly, flexible and hard working. The role requires someone with past experience in a similar job role, who is mature, proactive, hardworking and motivated. Proven maintenance skills are essential e.g. painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and general up-keep. The role is varied and busy and requires flexibility and adaptability with a ''can-do'' approach. Candidates must have a good command of the English language and an Enhanced Disclosure is essential.
