HRGO are looking for an Call Handler on a FTC until the New Year for our client located in Ashford.
As a Call Handler you will be responsible for all incoming enquiries via phone and email. Due to the nature of the business you will need to be a empathetic individual with the want to help families in difficult situations. You will also be greeting family members so a good sense of face to face customer service is needed also. You'll be speaking with individuals and handling their calls and directing them to the correct department.
Alongside this you may be required to complete general day-to-day admin duties where needed.
Hours: 9-5 (the individual will need to be flexible with times either side of this)
FTC: January 2024
