Business Support Coordinator

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an excellent Business Support Coordinator, with excellent communication skills and customer service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join a vibrant team and work for a prestigious company who have been developing high quality and innovative kitchen and bathroom surfaces since the 1930's. When customers buy their products, they are buying into the ethos of the company. The company create a variety of sensational surfaces, splashbacks, upstands and panelling components in laminates, sold surfaces and quartz. The Role Reporting directly to CRM Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining security of brands within showrooms, develop the brands in existing and new showrooms and develop the brand into developers and housing authorities. You will be required to improve display base, increase P.O.S stands, identify the key studios and purchasing cycles and maintain regular contact with key kitchen and bathroom studios. All this will be achieved with by effective and details questioning, and you will be expected to meet a call rate of around 80 calls per day- inbound and outbound, along with handing calls from both trade and costumers and fulfilling requests as necessary and calling specific companies/individuals as determined by the team leader. You will be responsible for the accurate use of information being entered and updated on the CRM System (Winman) to enable reporting on data. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and good customer service qualities. You will work on initiative and show passion and enthusiasm towards the brand. You will have good IT skills and be comfortable adapting to new systems.
