HRGO Recruitment are looking recruit a Business Space Administrator to work for their prestigious client based in Sunderland, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must be highly a motivated individual with a proven track record in Customer Service working as part of a busy team in a varied role and will be involved with letting of business premises, facilities and maintenance services, conferencing and reception services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the department and to support the wider team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for new clients, existing customers and external organisation representatives, by telephone, email and face to face
Identify and respond to customer requests in a professional and customer focused manner
General reception duties including:
Switchboard handling
Providing a professional call handling service for clients
Meet and greet all visitors at reception
Ensuring quality and accuracy of information is maintained at all times
Assist with all aspects of booking hire rooms
Providing costs and details for clients
Booking of rooms, buffets, IT services etc.
Invoicing for rooms and buffets
Setting up credit accounts for clients
ensuring all rooms are ready for hire
Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance and works on site
Assisting with the setting up of maintenance contracts
Purchasing and sales
Franking and distribution of mail on behalf of staff and clients
Assist with the collating of information in relation to client invoicing
Providing general admin support for the department
Provide ad-hoc services to clients, including: faxing, printing, photocopying, scanning etc.
General cover within the department
Successful candidates should be possess excellent customer service skills, presentable and self motivated.
The hours of work are 37 hours per week, 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, with a finish of 4.30pm on a Friday.
