Bookkeeper/Sales Administrator
This is a brand-new role joining an international glass machine production company based at the M11 Business Link, Stansted. Our client's are looking for someone with Bookkeeping experience, strong admin and customer service skills, who likes a challenge and can multi task.
The brand-new office will be opening to their customers on 1st January 2022, ideally, we would like to recruit the right candidate for the 1st December which will enable them to settle in and learn the role.
Bookkeeper Duties:
Double entry bookkeeping
Raising Invoices
Reconciliation of all ledgers, accruals, prepayments and generate payments runs
Bank accounts including foreign currency accounts reconciliations
Prepare and upload Instrastat, EC sales and VAT return reports
Liaising with external Payroll department to process wages
Preparation of monthly accounts
Liaise with external Accountants/Auditor for year-end accounts
Maintaining Sales/purchase ledger
Credit control
Sales/ Administration Duties:
General admin - overseeing operational activity of the UK office
Scanning documents
Filing
Dealing with in-coming emails
Answering in-coming calls
Speaking with Customers
Responding to orders
Sales quotations
After -sales quotations
Spare-parts quotations
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm
Must have a car and able to drive.
There will be an opportunity to travel over-sea's to the main head office.
