Vehicle Technician for our client who are one of the largest providers of support services to the emergency services sector - they are looking for a talented and efficient Vehicle Technician/Motor Mechanic to join their team. You will be responsible for the conversion and integration of vehicles to new specifications, this includes all the latest technologies. An excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Technician / Motor Mechanic to join our client, this company forms part of an established group offering ongoing training and career opportunities. You will need either NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or at least 3 years work experience in vehicle mechanics. You will also need a clean driving licence coupled with up to date knowledge of vehicle instillation techniques, an understanding of and ability to follow circuit diagrams for installation and fault-finding purposes, Auto Electrical Installation experience, with removal/refitting of trim and panels

There is a bonus scheme which is performance related

Over time is available dependent on business needs

Time and a 3^rd 　- Monday - Thursday

Time and a half on Friday afternoon and Saturday

Double time on Sunday.

Vehicle Technician/ Motor Technician / Mechanic Key Attributes and Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a Main Dealer.

• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

• Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work.

• Has a flexible approach to time-keeping when completing jobs in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details.

• Previous diagnostic experience would be an advantage and a strong understanding of automotive systems and functionalities is essential

A full and valid UK driving licence.

To be considered for the post you will have to complete a full CRB check to do that you must have a clean criminal record, you must have resided in the UK for the past 7 years at least, and have a complete work history, NO long gaps in your work history
