Role and Responsibilities

• Send-out invoices and Applications for Payment to clients

• Assist in signing-off subcontractor payments

• Documenting Variations to Contracts and updating the 'Variations Register'

• Raising Works instructions for subcontractors

• Creating subcontractor scopes of work

• Liaising/negotiating with subcontractors if needed to agree rates and prices for jobs in line with above

• Track spend in line with above to ensure Projects stay within budget

• Assist in reporting on project GP where required

• Calculating and monitoring PM and site management time on each project to calculate GP2

• Raising notices and certificates
