Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.50pm and Fridays 7.30am to 12.10pm

An exciting opportunity to join a leading, established medical instrumentation design and manufacturer. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Leader.

The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for Leading all Production Assembly areas to manufacture production in line with weekly/monthly production plans, whilst ensuring efficient operation of the department adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements.

Duties includes:

• Assist Leading the team to achieve daily/weekly and monthly production targets

• Assist Planning and organising the daily workload

• Achieve GMP/KPI targets

• React to program changes as required by senior management

• Assist Driving forward quality and output initiatives

• Achieve excellent internal/external audit results

• Escalate problems to senior management to ensure efficiency and outputs are maximised
