HR GO Recruitment are looking to recruit a permanent Assistant Cook/Bistro Lead for their client based in Ashington.

The role is working 37 hours per week from either 7.00am until 3.00pm or 8.00am until 4.00pm and will be term-time only.

Main Responsibilities:-

• Catering Experience in a hospitality setting or working in an education environment would be advantageous

• Leading front of house and back of house teams

• To assist in the preparation of food and manage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Menu planning

• Maintaining hygiene at all times

Successful candidates should hold a relevant catering qualification and also an Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.

The rate of pay is £17,576 - £19,024 (37 hours term time only).
