Production Operative Our client in the Thanet area is seeking a skilled production operative to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Production Operative's can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Experience & Skills * Manual dexterity and technical skills for soldering, crimping, plastics mixing, moulding and other assembly skills * Experience of working in a high technology electrical/engineering assembly environment * Utilise materials, kits supplied, drawings and specifications set out by the production manager * Excellent hand and eye coordination * Strong attention to detailing maintaining accuracy and the ability to detect errors * Soldering skills to IPC 610 Benefits * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Free parking on site * Pension scheme available
