The successful Applications Advisor will be responsible for all the client contracts from start to finish, ensuring all service level agreements are adhered to and met, thus minimising delayed payment.
Provide pricing information to the client for approval
Submit accurate and completed information to the client within the agreed SLAs
Liase with other team members in relation to overdue applications and contact with clients in relation to overdue payments.
Work alongside other team members and operational teams to ensure all required information is captured in a timely manner, and accurate and able to be used confidentily in the application process.
Resolve client queries in a professional manner, and resubmit applications where necessary within the agreed SLAs, ensuring all contact with the client is followed through.
Making sure you have a good understanding of the clients contracts in relation to their application.
Manage own workload, and prioritising workload in a fast paced environment.
Confident dealing with conflict in a controlled/calm manner.
Proactive and self motivated
Good IT skills, to include competent use of internet, email, Microsoft word/excel
