To work within the aerospace department supporting the AOG desk. 2. Key Activities: * * Hours 18.00-06.00 night * * Hours 06.00-18.00 days * * Completing AOG export shipments including customs entry * * Handling AOG arrivals and deliveries * * Road movement European and domestic * * Handcarry arranging * * Communicating to customers * * Cross - trade booking in * * Uploading of docs * * Filing * * Data entries * * Intrastate entries * * Invoicing of files 5 GCSE's * * Professional Experience Experience in AOG would be preferred * * Technical Skills Excellent ICT Skills to include Microsoft packages * * Behavioural Aptitudes * * Good telephone manner and customer service skills are essential * * Attention to detail * * Friendly, calm and professional manner * * Ability to handle pressure and good time management * * Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team * * Enthusiasm and self motivated
