About You - We only want the best of the best: You need to be a hard-worker, punctual, able to work on your own initiative and to a time frame, clean and respectfully dressed to represent the company to its guests so a good level of customer service is vital. The Role - You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy Terminal, landside or airside. Striving to achieve high standards of cleanliness and a good level of customer service are essential. Duties to include Cleaning assigned areas within the Airport, cleaning toilets, general cleaning such as sweeping, polishing etc and making sure all procedures are followed carefully in respect of Health & Safety and Recycling. It can be quite a tiring role as you're on your feet for your shift and pushing your cleaning trolley, applicants should bear this in mind. Uniform and the cleaning materials are provided as well as training on how to properly use equipment. Shift patterns are typically: 2pm - 10pm - 4 days on and 2 days off. Please keep in mind, the Airport is a 24/7 operation. You MUST be able to work any day of the week Monday- Sunday. Salary: £8.71 per hour Candidates Must: Be at least 18 years old, provide a full 5 year check-able history, provide a basic DBS (on completion of passing interview stages), have no criminal record or any unspent convictions, be willing to work assigned shifts covering a 24 hour operation, including weekends and bank holidays, be eligible to work in the UK, have valid photo ID, have proof of NI Number and proof of address.
