Job Title: Admin/Project Support Location: Birchwood - Warrington Salary: £18,000 Job Description: We are recruiting for our client based in Birchwood, Warrington for a temporary position (3 - 5 months) within their housing department. Suitable applicants should have strong Admin skills and professional telephone manner Your duties will include: Arrange travel & hotels for surveyors / negotiators Arrange appointments SNI - for Surveyor escorts - liaise with MEARS & RLB/other suppliers NW - negotiators meeting with existing Landlords Support Rees Archer with MEE Procurement admin activities - including: Producing MI Liaise with Local Authorities: Postcode checks for potential properties Chasing responses to postcode checks etc Produce MI / Boards for: Property Procurement From MEE Inspections database / dashboard Liaise with RLB re MEE Inspections Certification / Licencing Support Data Quality & QA in collating / chasing all certs & licences for compliance * Salary/Hourly Rate: - £18K * Daily Hours of Work: - 7.5 - 30 mins lunch * Assignment Start & End Dates: asap - 31/05/19 * Preferred Interview Dates & Times: Flexible * Location: Warrington If you are interested in this role please send an up to date CV, if you have not been contacted within 7 days you should assume you have not bee successful.
