POSITION: Administrator

LOCATION: Holywell

HOURS: 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday

SALARY: £9.50p/h

A great, temporary opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Holywell with an immediate start. This is for a 2 month period.

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Team, must have good Excel skills.

Job Summary:

  • Supporting the management team with general administration tasks
  • Ensuring tasks are allocated in a timely manner
  • Inputting data into excel documents
  • Filing
  • Support with the planning and organising of contractors and materials for jobs as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Have an excellent professional telephone manner
  • Be self-motivated, flexible and highly organised
  • Computer literate and have worked in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Excel
