HOURS: 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday
A great, temporary opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Holywell with an immediate start. This is for a 2 month period.
We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Team, must have good Excel skills.
- Supporting the management team with general administration tasks
- Ensuring tasks are allocated in a timely manner
- Inputting data into excel documents
- Support with the planning and organising of contractors and materials for jobs as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Have an excellent professional telephone manner
- Be self-motivated, flexible and highly organised
- Computer literate and have worked in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Excel
