Administrator

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator for their client based in Canterbury.

This is a temporary role for approx. 2 months.

Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 0900 - 1700.

Pay:

£11.44ph

Summary of the role:

  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office organisation, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Preparing and tidying meeting rooms

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
