HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Administrator to work within the Landord and Tenant Department.
This role would suit a strong organised Administrator, or a recent graduate particularly if you have an interest in legal progresses.
The role prepares and advises on Landlord and Tenant Litigation matters. Typically, this is standard and accelerated possession matters, but can extend to defended proceedings, together with advice on relevant Landlord and Tenant Legislation.
Clients range from private landlords with a single property to large managing agents and insurance companies.
Your role
Working in the landlord and tenant division overseen by a solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the departments case load
