HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work at their prestigious client based in Newcastle.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, working between 8am and 6pm, two shift patterns, an 8-4 and a 10-6.
Key Attributes:-
- Supporting all office based activities onsite and also teams within the Centre
- Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Process incoming and outgoing post, apply postage ready for collection
- Order stationery as and when required, ensuring costs are kept within budget
- Filing duties and photocopying as and when required
- Facilitate meetings onsite, including scheduling sessions, booking rooms and organising refreshments for visitors.
The rate of pay meets National Minimum Wage and you will be expected to pass a Basic DBS.
