Administrator

Hrgo are looking for an experienced Administrator, for a busy Facilities Management Company in Peterborough. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and possess good communication skills and I.T skills. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Operating company email accounts * Answering calls and passing on messages * Speaking to agencies to fill shortages of staff * Ensuring audit queries are responded to and audits are back on time * Sending and receiving faxes * Using the companies own CRM System to do pay role and create bookings * Organise ad hoc staff requests and quotes. Position: Temporary to permanent position for the right candidate must be able to start work immediately.
