HRGO are recruiting for Administrators for one of our well established clients on the outskirts of Norwich City Centre. Are you patient, professional and committed to excellent Customer service? Our client is looking for Administrators to join their friendly and fast moving team in NR3. The roles, which involve the scheduling of works, handling calls from clients & customers regarding the progress of those works and updating systems accordingly, are varied and the the ability to handle multiple tasks is a must. You will be able to co-ordinate the delivery of service, keeping all parties informed and up to date whilst maintaining the in-house IT system. You will liaise with contractors and stakeholders regarding additional workloads, addressing any issues as they arise. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and manage your time effectively. You must have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook.
