Location: Rural Canterbury - Transport is required

Pay Rate: £9.18 increasing to £11.59 after completion of training.

Job role: Dispatch Administrator

Weekly rota 40 - 48 per week over 5 days

This is a temporary to Permanent position with an immediate start

Main Purpose

Booking Transport daily -confirming times and number of pallets

Checking correct dates for products are used

Check product information and labels meet client specifications

Report any issues to QC

To ensure dispatch runs on time

Assist with booking in of stock if required

Communicating with drivers on arrival

What skills and experience should you have?

A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

• Experience in an administrative role- preferably within Manufacturing
• Good knowledge of MS office, word and excel
• Able to follow compliance and processes
• Good attention to detail
