Administrative Officer

We are looking for an Administrative Officer for a public-sector organisation based in Oxford. This is a temporary role which could last up to a year.


As an Administrative Officer, you will be:


· Call answering and directing to the correct department as appropriate
· Managing incoming communications (emails, post, fax etc.) and dealing with efficiently
· Using internal and external systems to research and provide answers to complex queries
· Producing a range of documents to a good standard and by the required deadline


You will need to have:


· Experience in providing front line service
· Used MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to an intermediate level
· Experience in handling and processing data and statistics
· At least 2 years experience in a similar role


The ideal candidate would have experience within a specialist service area or similar.
