Ad-hoc Chef required

Hrgo are looking for an experienced chef with a Food Hygiene Level 3 Certificate to work for a catering company who specialise in Lobster meals. The role will require the right candidate would be able to handle live lobsters, boiling and then de-shelling. Candidates would be required to work alongside the chef to prepare bags to use for the events which will be cooked on the wok during the day. Pay rate: £10-12.00 depending on experience Location: Northampton and Oxford (candidate ideally to have their own transport, however lifts may be organised.) The positions hours and days will change due to client requests, so all candidates must be flexible.
