Hrgo are looking for an experienced chef with a Food Hygiene Level 3 Certificate to work for a catering company who specialise in Lobster meals. The role will require the right candidate would be able to handle live lobsters, boiling and then de-shelling. Candidates would be required to work alongside the chef to prepare bags to use for the events which will be cooked on the wok during the day. Pay rate: £10-12.00 depending on experience Location: Northampton and Oxford (candidate ideally to have their own transport, however lifts may be organised.)
