HRGO are looking for an Accounts Supervisor for our client based in Dover. You will need to have previous accounts experience , work to agreed deadlines and dealing with all areas of accounts from sales/purchase ledger and credit control. This role will include supervising a small team and you will be using QuickBooks.
Your Responsibilities:
Invoices
Resolving any queries
In putting of purchase invoices
Allocation of bank payments
Reconciling statements
Answer the telephone and deal with supplier queries.
Process payments onto the bank account as requested
Processing bank receipts and allocating customer receipts to their accounts
Chase customers for settlement of accounts.
Credit control
Vat Returns
Reporting
Other accounting tasks
Experience
Good IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
Experience in QuickBooks / Sage or an Accounts Software system
This is a permanent position. The role will be full time Monday - Friday , 8.30am until 5.00pm. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful, company.
