Accounts Assistant Temporary position Hourly rate: £10.00 Location: March, Huntingdon Main Purpose of the Role Support the site's operations through provision of professional and reliable reporting on business performance by administering and reconciling the Purchase Ledger for the March site and ensuring the Nominal Ledger transactions are accurately and timely recorded * To administer and reconcile Accounts Payable for March Site * Assist in maintaining purchase ledger for March Site * Raise purchase orders from all areas of the business and be purchasing super user in SAP * Match purchase invoices to delivery notes and orders from files * Administer SAP work cycles and keep all open queries below 30 at any given time * Unblock any invoices received back from managers that have been approved * Maintain account details * Run aging analysis * Maintain and pay expenses (weekly) * File documents in a timely manner * Raise accruals journal for approval each month based on outstanding Work cycles and estimated invoices * Posting general ledger journals * Create accrual journals for orders and GRN's and estimated Invoices * Analysing various accounts for management and for audit purposes * Assist with Accounts Receivable duties * To assist with adhoc duties as and when required by line manager and senior management For further information please call 01480 435000 or send you CV to apply.
