Accounts Assistant - Part Time

20-25 hours per week - over 3, 4 or 5 days

Rate Guide: £13.00 p/hr

Temp to Perm position

Location: Great Gransden - Due to office location, own transport is required

( Commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, Royston, Biggleswade, St. Neots )

An Accounts Assistant is required by a successful and busy engineering company.

This is a part-time temporary position, with the view of becoming permanent. This role would suit someone working around school hours etc.

Details of the Accounts Assistant role are below:

• HMRC Process Import and Export Documentation - Duty Deferment / Postponed VAT (PVA)
• Reconciliation of Company credit cards.
• Credit control.
• Job costing entries
• Raising Ad hoc invoices.
• General administration, filing, archiving
• Assist the Financial team where necessary

Skills required:

• Good all round supporting Finance/Accountancy experience
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Reporting experience
• Excellent attention to detail and be proactive.
• Exceptional organisational skills

Salary Range: £13.00 p/hr

Hours of work: Part-time 20-25 hours per week.

Location: Great Gransden, near Cambourne, Sandy - St Neots area

Commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, Royston, Biggleswade, Bedford

Own transport required due to location
