Accounts Assistant -Xero Software Accounting

  • Reconcile Company Bank Account - Weekly

Input Purchase/Sales invoices

  • Update Purchase Order log as/when required

  • keep up to date with payments weekly

  • Post payments/receipts on accounting software (XERO)

  • Answer incoming calls and emails

  • Sorting out daily post and answering any queries

MUST HAVE XERO accounting software experience for this role, ideally 3 years accounts assistant background

STRONG attention to details, due to key account information being entered into XERO

Organised, good timekeeping, methodical

Due to this location, it is ESSENTIAL for this person to be a DRIVER as based remotely.
