Here at HR GO we are excited to present the opportunity to work within a dynamic and modern office as an Account Manager. You will be the single point of contact for the North American territory and responsible for managing a group of our key clients across the region.
Can you Manage a group of existing clients and grow this group through selling our products to further publishers in your region?
Are you able to facilitate weekly account calls and monthly or quarterly business reviews with your clients as required?
Will you keep detailed notes of all client interactions and contacts across your client group, using Sales force as a record?
Do You think you could drive transparency and communication across all areas of the business but especially between the account management team, project, support and development team, ensuring that the status of client work for your accounts is clear at all times?
