Account Manager - Based outskirts of Whitstable Basic salary negotiable depending on experience plus bonus & excellent benefits as part of a Global company. Our Client who is a leading communications platform provider serving customers worldwide is looking for a Permanent Account Manager to join their growing team due to company growth. You will be responsible for managing existing customers and encouraging them to maximise spend with the business. This client base will be made up of customers from their small/medium business base and developer community. Responsibilities * Manage a base of existing customers * Increase revenue by cross selling and up selling product portfolio * Support the Inside Sales team to ensure ad-hoc administrative tasks are completed * Work closely with other departments to ensure the customer experience is always first class Key Requirements * 2+ year's experience in an Inside Sales environment with focus on account management * Previous experience in the mobile industry, telephone services, or a keen interest in mobile communications would be advantageous * Strong team player who is able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment * Experience planning a busy workload with excellent time management and organisational skills * Motivation and a commitment to exceed targets * Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and foster relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High energy, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (sales force) Benefits * Bupa private health care * Free parking on site * Life insurance * Mobile phone and laptop * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Complimentary lunches, snacks and fruit provided DAILY
