Account Lead Consultant:
No sales, no cold calling.
As an account lead consultant, you will be responsible for the development of an existing key account.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Stakeholder relations (internal and external)
- Manage the recruitment plan
- Manage the onboarding process
- Manage the administrative duties for mandatory tasks to be completed
- Attend client meetings when required, face to face and online
- Impart any changes from the recruitment plan
- Be a point of contact for the Resource and onsite team
- Liaise with key external stakeholders and communicate new information internally
- Be a champion for success
- Based between the clients office in Manchester and the main Stockport branch
Requirements and Experience
- Recruitment experience
- Account Management experience
- Good standard written English
- Strong Communicator at all levels
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
- String work ethic
- Customer Service driven
- Being able to pick up information is critical - understanding the roles you are working on and the type of candidate required
Client Open hours Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00 but will ordinarily be between 08:30 and 17:30.
