Position: 35 x Customer Order Advisor

Location: Wirral

Hours: Between 8am-9pm based on 40 hour week with weekends on a rota

Salary: £328 - £349 per week and weekly pay

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service department for a major high street retailer, previous experience in retail, hospitality or any customer focused roles would be an advantage but full training is provided.

The roles are ongoing positions with the opportunity of going permanent.

Duties:

• You will be responsible for dealing with high volumes of customer, branch and online enquiries for products and deliveries.
• You will be required to undertake a variety of different tasks, process orders, chase deliveries assist with location of stock.

Skills:

• Experience/Intermediate PC Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Criminal Record Check is required for this role This is a fun and fast paced environment with excellent opportunities we have immediate starts throughout December
