2 x Administrator - 1x Full time hours & 1x part time hours
- Job Title: 2x Administrator Officer - 1x Full time hours & 1x Part time hours
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Shepton Mallet
- Rate of Pay:£9.90p/h +plus time & half after 6pm on Saturdays
- Hours of Work: Full time hours 37 hours Part time - 18.5 hours
HRGO Recruitment are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support and assistance to the Planning and Conservation functions. As part of a team provide technical advice and information to customers both professional and non professional.
Experience
- Dealing with the public both face to face and on the telephone
- Dealing with councillors both face to face and on telephone
- Experience of use of IT in an office environment including Microsoft Office Programs
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience in handling monies and accounts procedures
Knowledge
- Good working knowledge of planning software packages
- Good working knowledge of how to read and interpret plans and maps
- Knowledge of working of local government (desirable)
