1st Line Support - Inbound Support Full time position 40 hours per week Shifts; Monday to Sunday between Hours between 9am - 8pm £7.83 per hour HRGO are working with a digital support organisation who require several 1st Line Support Advisers who can take inbound customer enquiries who are experiencing difficulties with their television sets. You will be expected to take them through basic diagnostics to provide a resolution. This will be a short-term assignment with an immediate start; however, with good performance there may be opportunities for further assignments.
