Our client is an established construction-related company who is looking for a Yard Supervisor on an on going basis, this could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The working week is Monday to Friday 06.30 to 17.30and you may be required to work over the weekend if required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years supervising experience in a scaffolding environment , they MUST hold a valid counterbalance FLT licence and a Full UK driving licence.

The daily duties will include reporting to the transport/yard manager and ensuring the yard staff are completing the tasks handed to them, loading and unloading of the lorries , movement of stock , painting / cutting boards and to keep the yard clean and tidy. This role involves heavy lifting. You may also be required to do local drops so you must have a valid driving licence.

This position is a mixed role of FLT and manual work and you will be working in all weathers.
