ON TIME IN FULL - you will take responsibility for all aspects of the workshop, organising, motivating, and managing staff, scheduling, loading, prioritising, work.

Ideally you will apprentice trained and have an understanding of AS 9100 which along with your solid understanding of CNC milling and turning will allow you to continuously develop the staff and organisation in the factory workshops.
