🔧 What You'll Do:
✅ Lead the Charge: Allocate crews, manage vehicles, run briefings - you're the operational engine!
✅ Keep It Safe: Champion safety with toolbox talks, risk assessments, and hands-on leadership.
✅ Solve Problems Fast: Handle service issues, respond to incidents, and turn complaints into compliments.
✅ Grow the Team: Support recruitment, train new staff, and build a motivated, high-performing crew.
✅ Be the Voice of Quality: Liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold our gold standard of service.
🚀 What You Bring to the Table:
🔹 Leadership Experience in waste, recycling, or cleansing services
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Confidence using Google Docs and managing workflows
🔹 Train the Trainer qualification + Manual Handling knowledge
🔹 Full UK Driving Licence
