About the Role: We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled MIG Welders to join our client's team based in Doncaster. This role involves working in a heavy manufacturing environment, where you will receive full training and support to develop into a multiskilled, permanent team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MIG welding on a range of materials.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
Always maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
