Weekend Packaging Operatives - Immediate Requirement
HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting Weekend Packaging Operatives for a busy production client.
This requirement is for Saturday 27th June and Sunday 28th June, working 12-hour day shifts. There is the possibility of additional weekend work and extra shifts in the future for reliable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pack and label products to meet quality and presentation standards
* Inspect items for defects and carry out basic quality checks
* Operate basic packaging equipment and hand tools safely
* Assist with sorting, batching and palletising orders
* Maintain a clean, organised and compliant working environment
* Meet productivity targets while adhering to health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements:
* Previous packing experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties
* Must be available to work on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June
* Must be available to attend a site induction on Thursday 25th June
* Must be able to commit to 12-hour shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm
* Due to the location of the site and shift start times, candidates must have their own transport
Desirable:
* Experience within a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with packing machinery or packing systems
