HRGO are recruiting on behalf of a ever-growing warehousing manufacturing company based in the Northfleet area, they are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

The Warehouse Supervisor will work under the management of the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the warehouse in line with company and customer standards.

Duties Include -

• Ensure company procedures regarding goods movements, labelling and storage are trained and implemented.
• Ensure stock is correctly located and carry out stock checks and cycle counts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure the warehouse is in a tidy state and accessible for production staff.
• Ensure all spillages are cleaned up immediately, empty tows are swept and cleaned, and bins are emptied and all rubbish cleared.
• Ensure the cleaning plan is implemented and signed off.
• Ensure allergens are correctly labelled and located.
• Attend meeting as required.
• Monitor usage of sundry items and consumables, reporting any shortages.
• Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure resources are used in the best way to maximise efficiency.
• Liaise with production regarding storage locations for finished goods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
• A can do attitude, with a good work ethic.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to use a variety of different computer software systems..
• A drive to learn and develop within the role.

This will start as a temporary position but will go permanent after successful probation period.

Salary band is between 28-32k depending on experience.
