Role:
In this central role, you'll keep operations moving smoothly while helping to drive long‑term improvements across the warehouse and production area:
🔹 Managing stock with accuracy, rotation and minimal waste 🔹 Leading, directing and developing the warehouse team 🔹 Embedding a safe, compliant and proactive safety culture 🔹 Planning and prioritising production to meet demand 🔹 Working closely with logistics, production and business teams 🔹 Controlling operational costs and identifying efficiency wins 🔹 Maintaining clear, accurate reporting across stock & compliance 🔹 Using data, insight and a strategic mindset to level up the warehouse 🔹 Driving continuous improvement and setting the standard for best‑in‑class operations
Requirements:
* Experience managing warehouse or production operations * Strong stock control & health and safety knowledge * Confidence leading and motivating a team * A strategic approach to planning and process improvement * ERP experience + strong Microsoft Office skills * A B1 forklift licence (or willingness to maintain one) * A mindset focused on efficiency, quality and operational excellence
