HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established distribution centre based in Tipton

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, offering long-term work in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing goods for dispatch
  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
  • Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • Experience with order picking is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual
  • Good organisational skills with a proactive attitude
