We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy production team in Harlow. This is a hands-on role where you'll be a key part of the operation, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manual handling and heavy lifting of goods
Careful loading and unloading of items
Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
Keeping inventory organised and accurate
Supporting stock control and regular inventory checks
What We're Looking For:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
